During a four week process in Oct / Nov of 2011, Canadian Carpet and Tile Inc. Coquitlam branch, carried out an extensive to our Condo. We had new flooring, consisting of carpet, tile and laminate; completely renovating the kitchen and two bathrooms having granite and marble tops; new baseboard and crown moldings.

All the work was carried out with dedication, great workmanship and and attention to detail-a great subtrade team.

We are grateful to Susan Yu, for her coordination, input on materials and her knowledge of the work. Also to Nima who at all times showed caring attention for his client's position from the prospective of an owner. Many thanks for the great work, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company.

Many thanks to Sepideh at the North Vancouver, Marine Drive branch for her efficiency and dedication in seeing that the laminate flooring in our apartment was done on time and well. The installer did a great job - unfortunately we do not have his correct name - but the end-result was most pleasing. Sepideh is a good communicator and was always available to answer queries and take action. Canadian Carpet has a very valuable person - Sepideh Dadfar - and our appreciation to her and the installer.

A big Thank You to Sassan and other staff who were extremely helpful in assisting us in selecting a nice tile for our bathroom floor and tub enclosure. We are extremely happy with the outcome - the installer was very skilled and performed an excellent, professional job. We never felt pressured but rather experienced much patience while we changed our minds back and forth on different options. We feel very comfortable recommending Canadian Carpet and Tile, and plan to use their expertise in the future with additional flooring installations.

I live out of the province and needed floors done in our condo in Yaletown. Reza Gharessi from Canadian Carpet & Tile had done work for us before so we once again called on his expertise. We were not disappointed. We found the flooring we liked at a store in Winnipeg and passed on the information to Reza. He contacted the company to see if we could get the flooring in the format we needed and special ordered it for us. His estimates regarding time and cost were exactly as he quoted.

William did the actual installation. He gave us great advice as to the direction of the hardwood flooring and style of baseboard. He was professional and very considerate. His workmanship and work ethic was admirable. We are very happy with the floors and will not hesitate to call on this company for our next job.

As promised, attached are a couple of pictures of the completed shower and floor tile work. Abrihim [the installer] was an excellent worker and we are very happy with the final results.

We recently used Canadian Carpet and Tile to supply pad for our hotel renovations—guestroom and restaurant. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Mer Ershad who ensured that everything ran smoothly. We did encounter a problem where our pad delivery was several weeks late, due to factors beyond Canadian Carpet and Tile’s control. Even so, Mer made sure that we had product to keep our renovations on target: he pulled pad from his own warehouse, and had it shipped to the hotel, so we could keep our renovations on time and on budget. This was at no cost to us.

The product was as promised, but it was service that really shone here. We will use this Company, again, as the need arises, and would not hesitate to strongly recommend Canadian Carpet and Tile for any flooring project—whether residential or commercial. I would highly recommend Canadian Carpet & Tile / Top Kitchens to anyone undertaking a major kitchen renovation. I met Denny at the Coquitlam store by chance and from the first moment I knew he was someone I could trust. His customer service was top notch. He told me I could call him at any time and was always quick to respond. Denny coordinated the work on our custom cabinets and granite countertops, and the jobs started on the dates promised and were completed quickly. Hamid from Top Kitchens was also awesome to work with. He did a great job designing our cabinets and was on site regularly to make sure things were done to the highest standard. I want to send my thanks for the excellent installers you sent me yesterday, October 2, 2008. Although the installer was initially nervous, knowing I had been a carpet installation helper myself in the past, he took extra time and care to make suggestions and answer my questions about the installation. We were both surprised to find the upstairs floor was concrete beneath the old pad which made more work for the installers. The whole installation was carefully and well done, with only two seams on my whole upper level. That took some ingenuity. And the stairs, which I was most concerned about looks marvelous.

Though I cleared out as much as I could from the bedrooms before your installers arrived, moving all my furniture out of and then back into the two bedrooms took extra time. They were very careful with my furniture, which I appreciated.

As well, I had asked the installer to re-carpet the post on one of my cat scratchers, which he willingly did. Please extend my compliments to the installer again. He should know his good workmanship was appreciated. In closing, thank you. Your installers did an excellent job and should be commended. I would not hesitate to recommend both Canadian Carpets for your carpet suggestions, great price, and effective measurements, for there was only one small piece of carpet left. And I would not hesitate to recommend the installer you sent and his excellent workmanship (from whom I learned a lot) to any of your potential clients. I have some good news for a change. THEY DID IT! MY KITCHEN IS ALMOST DONE AND IT LOOKS LOVELY. Just a few small things that they are coming back to do tomorrow. Hamid was there with them today and it was acompletely different story. And not only did they bring a vacuum AND clean up but they took away the two big garbage bags that I was waiting for Josh to take away. And they even painted the hallway.
